Returns

Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused

• the item must be in the same condition as received

• the item must be returned in its original packaging

• the item must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• underwear

• lingerie

• tights

• personal care items

• any sealed item that is not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once it has been opened or unsealed

How to Start a Return
All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

• photos of the item, if it is damaged or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the correct return address and further instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Right to Cancel
If you are entitled to a statutory right of cancellation under applicable consumer law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your cancellation, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method.

Where a refund is due under your statutory cancellation rights, it will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

Where required by applicable consumer law, any standard outbound delivery charges paid for the original order will also be refunded. Additional costs for express or upgraded delivery services are not refundable.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, incorrect, or applicable consumer law states otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.
